Kangaroos V Richmond Rd 11 2004 Saturday 04/065/2004 Telstra Dome (N)
What a horrid couple of weeks to be a Tiger supporter. Not only are the team getting kicked around on the field, they're getting smacked off the field with money and leadership issues. The way it's going I don't even know if they can continue to sponsor the Crystal Ball. It's madly flashing a tiger to sway my views.
The Kangaroos, formerly known as North Melbourne. I haven't rated them for some years, but they seem to keep getting up for games. For once they haven't got something to fire them up against Richmond. No players fathers dying or victims of bomb blasts to inspire them.
I honestly don't know why I'm saying this, Richmond don't deserve it, but I have a funny feeling that they're going to win this week. The Roos have a small defence and a small attack, they should be overwhelmed by the Tiger tall timber and Richmond are back home in Melbourne after two weeks on the road. It won't be easy and I'm probably talking from the heart and not the head, but it has to turn around sometime and why not this week.
The Tigers to leap over the Roos in a tight one.
