The Rules have been made by fans, who live by emotions in an emotional game.
Therefore, the first rule of the Almost Hall of Fame is that it's not just what
players did, it's what they mean to us that counts.
Candidates for the Almost Hall are nominated and chosen because we, the fans, respect them, like them and miss them now that they've moved on. With no disrespect to other Seahawk players, these are the people we really bled for more than most.
The Almost Hall started mainly as a tribute to the former players and coaches who we've known best over the years. We're gradually expanding the Hall to coaches, officials and other non-playing contributors, so please bear with us. We do not wish to offend the many good people from these groups by taking a guess at who should be nominated.
