Sept. 22, 2007 - Gig Harbor, WA to Seattle, WA
Dear Diary,
What a day, what a day! We went to the market today! Our market! Oh, how I love it!!!!!

We hit downtown around noon and the traffic was a nightmare. Jan had a lot of patience getting us through it. We found a great parking garage that was very close to the market for only $4.00 for 7 hours. (Worth noting, we took the Seneca exit and parked at 2nd and Union.) It was very cool to see them!
Just down the way was the garlic store that I'd never noticed before! The proprietor
wasn't in at first and we looked around at the items behind glass, but then
he appeared and set out a sample tray. The garlic spreads were delicious, and
we bought a tub to use for dinner. [continue reading...]
