AND...we've lost again. This time the loss fell at the hands of Carlton and we got a 5 goal stomping. Since this was a practice match, there hasn't been much media attention however the papers are gearing up for the Premiership season! In their season preview, they wrote:
2004 preview: Richmond The Tigers' back line is quite sound. Few teams boast two tall All- Australian defenders. Gaspar and Andrew Kellaway are more than capable of nullifying the opposition's guns, while Ray Hall continues to develop as a tall, spare-parts man. Mark Chaffey has emerged as a real leader in defence and Chris Newman and Aaron Fiora are young improvers. Now we sit back and wait! Bring on the Season! Collingwood, here we come!
