I wanted to start this week's Chaffey Report with a newspaper article.

    Joel Bowden had plenty of bench time and even Mark Chaffey committed some clangers, although, as usual, he never quit.

That says a lot.

The article was naming player after player who wasn't pulling his weight and yet when he got to Chaffey, whose kicking wasn't spot on this week, he followed the criticism with kudos.

THAT is why it's worth believing in the Tigers when the season is looking so dismal. Someone still wants to fight. Someone still wants to win. As long as the boys are willing, I'm going to be right here barracking for them!
