AFTER THE FACT: 2008 Josh Wilson - Josh gets my vote as the most improved player. He made some mistakes through the year and coughed up the ball a couple of times, but every time he was near the ball he was working to make things happen. A VERY exciting player to follow! Keep your eye on him! Brandon Mebane - He did a pretty decent job this year, plus he friended me on Facebook so I'm a bit partial! :-) The News Tribune called Mebane "one of the team’s most consistent defenders" after the 2008 season. Courtney Taylor - We keep hearing that Taylor will be the man, but I haven't seen it on the field. He's missed a lot of passes that were his to bring in. Steve Vallos - Filled in nicely on a line that was full of injuries.
