Sea Gal Profile
Tonjua Miles has some tough decisions in her future. She is torn between two careers, computer science and professional dancing. She is finishing up her final year at the University of Washington in Mathematic Science and is searching for a quality graduate school to pursue computer science. "Computers offer me the flexibility I want in a career, so I'm leaning in that direction."

A third year Sea Gal, she was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and is the daughter of professional basketball player Eddie Miles.

"I've been dancing since I was five years old," she says. "I have the toes to show for it." Her training has included the Pacific Northwest Ballet School, and classes from Ruth Anna Boris at the University of Washington. Miles has been a member of the Music Comedy Northwest troupe, and appeared in "Guys and Dolls."

"I love show business, and I'm highly motivated. I'm prepared for anything and I believe in setting myself up for the future."

To support her way through college, Miles works as a reservations clerk with United Airlines. Working for an airline has afforded her the oportunity to take advantage of her favorite pasttime—traveling to different parts of the United States.

There is no doubt that her hard work and dedication will pay off for her in whatever career she chooses. She has the talent and the determination to make things happen.
